6.2 How can I know when you have received my payment?
UK customers
We will send you a release note via email as soon as we have received your payment.
Continental European customers
The best way to follow up on your purchases is in 'My account'. When we have received your payment, you can easily see it in your account. Your invoice will also appear under 'My invoices'.
Continental European customers will also receive an email from us as soon as the payment has been confirmed by our bookkeepers and your invoice has been processed.
For cars that have been delivered, the invoice will appear as a PDF file in 'My account'. Go to 'Archive' then 'My purchase history'.
Your incoming payments are delayed
We have noted that incoming transfers onto our ING and BNP bank accounts are treated by the banks with a delay.
Our banking partners confirm that international payments in general are not being processed as usual. Indeed, the international banking systems parties and governments are applying additional checks on money streams resulting in additional delays.
Please remain assured that OPENLANE is treating incoming customer payments as soon as they land on our bank account, as before.
