2.6 How can I reach customer service?

Continental European customers 

When you call our general support number +32 (0)16 38 00 68, your call is automatically redirected to your dedicated customer service agent. This way, you benefit from professional continuity and receive help in your native language. If your customer service agent is not available when you call, there are four other ways to find the help you seek:

1. Ask another member of our multilingual customer service team. Our helpdesk is available from from 9 a.m. to 12:00  p.m. CET and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm CET on business days, and assistance is available in 19 different languages.

2. Opt for the convenience of our Live Chat feature, available for different languages. Connect with our Customer Service in real-time to receive immediate assistance in your preferred language. For languages not currently supported, you can still utilize Live Chat by communicating in English. Our Live Chat is available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. CET on business days. To ensure a seamless experience with our Live Chat feature, please follow these steps:

1. Before accessing our Live Chat feature, make sure you are logged in to our website.
2. Initiate the Live Chat by clicking on the chat icon at the bottom right of the home page to start your session.

3. Check the FAQs. Consult our FAQs page for immediate answers to a wide range of customer questions.

4. Email us. If you’re unable to find the answer you need in our FAQs, please feel free to email us at [email protected]. Our fast-working Customer Service Team will respond to you within 24 hours.


UK customers

When you call our general support number +44 (0) 3442 255477, your call is automatically redirected to your dedicated customer service agent. If your customer service agent is not available when you call, there are two other ways to find the help you seek:

1. Check the FAQs. Consult our FAQs page for immediate answers to a wide range of customer questions.

2. Email us. If you’re unable to find the answer you need in our FAQs, please feel free to email us at [email protected]. Our fast-working Customer Service Team will respond to you within 24 hours.


To enable us to process your request quickly, please ensure the following:
• You have included the reference number of the vehicle and a brief description of your request in the subject line.
• Your email has been sent from the email address we have on file for your company.

Please do not send multiple emails containing the same request as doing this clogs up the system and slows down the process.

Please note: For continental European customers, the company owner (main account holder) is expected to be the point of contact for all bidders on their account. Our customer service agents are only permitted to provide information about cars directly to the company owner (main account holder). To avoid confusion, please ensure that the phone number you call from, or the address you email from, matches the details we have on file for your company.
